The outline is not decoration. Everything outside the silhouette is solid wall, so a leaf maze pinches where the shape pinches and branches where it widens, and two mazes on the same grid size can feel quite different because of it. A shape is sampled down to the grid and then checked to be reachable throughout: a thin part that got severed would leave squares no solver could enter, which is the one way a shaped maze breaks without looking broken.
Each of these prints at three sizes on one sheet, and each carries its solution. The easy grid runs about ten squares across and suits a child who has not met a maze before; the hard one runs twenty-four and takes an adult a few minutes. Print the set and hand out whichever fits the person in front of you.
