About Soccer

Soccer runs on a field called a pitch, eleven players a side, and two halves separated by a break. Only the goalie may use their hands, and only inside the penalty area. The offside rule keeps attackers from camping near the goal, and a referee's whistle starts and stops everything. Positions on this sheet range from striker to defender, with the midfield linking the two. Corners, headers, and dribbling all show up in a single match.
