About Church
A church building tells you what happens inside it. The steeple carries a bell that once marked hours for a whole town. Pews face an altar, so everyone looks the same direction during the sermon. An organ supports the choir, ushers seat latecomers and pass the offering plate, and a deacon handles practical work the pastor cannot cover alone. Baptism marks entry into the community, often in a side chapel rather than the main sanctuary.
Reach for this in a Sunday school room, a confirmation class, or a parish newsletter that needs a page anyone can finish.
